The Spitfires will be playing a three way practice match this Saturday and Sunday.  The oppisition includes Southern United (Melbourne) and Valleys (Canberra).  The 'game' commences at 5.00pm at HAW on Saturday with the format being 20 minutes of playing, 5 minute break on a rolling team basis i.e. First 20 Minutes Team A v Team B

     Second 20 Minutes Team B V Team C

     Third 20 Minutes Team C V Team A etc.

Game is to finish at 7.30pm.

An invitation is extended to all those girls interested in being part of the Strikers squad for the 2010 season.  Preseason training recommences this Monday 18 January 2010 at 7.00pm.

Please bring sticks, shinpads and mouth guards as skills training will now be included in the training.
